I accept payment via Direct Checkout which also includes Paypal. I also accept Etsy Giftcards.
Please note it is not necessary to have a Paypal account to pay via the Paypal method.

Items will not be shipped until I receive notification of the payment being successfully made.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

UK:
I try to ship items the next day. If this is not possible I aim to ship twice per week.
If you require quicker shipping please contact me in advance using the ask seller a question link, to arrange additional shipping methods or costs.

INTERNATIONAL:
I generally use Royal Mail postal services who advise that average shipping times to arrive at the country of destination are
Europe - 3-5 days and rest of the world 5-7 days with additional days likely to be needed to reach final destinations. These are only approximations however and are not guaranteed. Parcels can sometimes take up to 4- 6 weeks to arrive due to delays in customs or your country's postal service.
Please note when goods are shipped internationally custom fees or import duties may apply. It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to pay these fees.

GENERAL:
All postage charges are worked out by size and weight according to Royal Mail guidelines and to cover packaging materials. If on occasion postage and packaging has been overestimated I will refund any overpayment.

Please check your address carefully before checking out as I can only send to addresses registered with etsy.

Please see returns and exchanges in the case of lost / undelivered items.
